Alongi Media was called in to help facilitate a Town Hall with VP nominee JD Vance. With just six days to the live NewsNation broadcast, we picked a venue, developed a technical plan, got the gear and the crew to Detroit, and executed an hour long prime time special.

Alongi Media’s first of its kind mobile broadcast unit is scalable to support events of any size and features up to 40 cameras - but what really sets it apart is its solar-powered lithium battery integration and advanced AC systems which enable the production to run on power generated from a renewable source,  significantly reducing the event’s environmental footprint. This turnkey production solution also reduces setup times, minimizes labor costs, and eliminates the need for backup generators.

Few industries were hit harder by the pandemic than business travel. After canceling it’s 2020 annual convention, we helped Global Business Travel Association (the world’s preeminent association for the trade) produce Main Stage at its 3-day 2021 convention. Since then we’re pleased to have extended the partnership to include Broadcast Studios at events around the globe, as well as fully designing, building, and producing Main Stage this past year. 

With its historic launch of One Million Black Women, Goldman Sachs is investing $10 billion (yes, with a B) over 10 years to positively impact the lives of a million Black women through investments in key sectors such as education, job creation, and digital connectivity. Our team kicked off the initiative by filming in New York, DC, Atlanta, Miami, and San Francisco, working with famed director and all-around good guy Reggie Hudlin to produce an emotional and inspiring video (narrated by Sanaa Lathan) that tells the story at the heart of the amazing One Million Black Women initiative.

Designed for high-definition indoor applications, our 600 LED tiles cover 150 square meters (more than 1600 square feet) with a 2.60mm pitch. Featuring a 3-in1, SMD 1515 configuration with a brightness of 1,100 nits, our LED wall boasts a pixel density of 147,456 per square meter - perfect for delivering stunningly crisp and vibrant visuals.

Launched 25 years ago with a mission to give “voice to the voiceless”, Al Jazeera has been a juggernaut on the world stage ever since. With a grand vision to relaunch the channel on its jubilee anniversary, the Arabic channel brought us in to retool the entirety of their 24-hour programming. Alongi Media spent four months on the ground in Doha, Qatar developing new programming, sharing expert consultancy on editorial and production standards, and providing intensive training to what was already a world class newsroom. 

Alongi Media was excited to provide broadcast facilities for the Microsoft sponsored event. Our mobile production unit (MU-1) deployed 6 cameras to livestream all the gaming action, play-by-play commentary, and analysis of the 20 teams vying for a piece of the $250,000 prize pool.

When frigid weather forced outdoor celebrations inside, Alongi Media mobilized (literally) overnight to reimagine the festivities. We navigated a myriad of technical considerations to provide a broadcast quality production worthy of the global audience. 

Sen. Marco Rubio and Rep. Val Demings faced off one time only before voters cast their ballots for the Florida seat. The live event was aired across the entire state, simulcast on public radio, streamed on partner news station’s websites, and rebroadcast nationally on C-SPAN. We  managed a group of ten partner stations, oversaw venue selection, audience management, set design, editorial prep, coordinated both campaigns, and executed the broadcast itself. 

Co-founded by Padma Lakshmi and Dr. Tamer Seckin, the EndoFound strives to increase disease recognition, provide advocacy, facilitate expert surgical training, and fund landmark endometriosis research. Alongi Media is honored to help further that mission by producing videos highlighting initiatives, honorees, and strategic messaging, as well as producing fundraising galas. Honorees and supporters at the annual black tie event include Grammy Award-nominated, multi-platinum recording artist Halsey, conservationist Bindi Irwin, and Emmy Award--winning comedian and actress Amy Schumer.

With four GOP hopefuls on stage vying for the nomination, Alongi Media was called in to manage all broadcast and technical facilities for the debate. From the Spin Room to the Media Filing Center to the debate stage, all the way across The University of Alabama’s campus to a broadcast set on The Quad, we handled all the technical aspects of the NewsNation debate.

Founded by Bono in 2006 to fight the AIDS crisis, (RED) expanded their efforts to combat COVID and its devastating impact on the most vulnerable communities. They pivoted to keep their mission’s forward progress with the launch of SUMMER REDISCOVE(RED), their first-ever digital festival. Alongi Media oversaw the broadcast of the month-long festival and technically supported production of its (INSIDE THE PARENS) series examining systemic issues facing communities during the pandemic.

In front of a live audience in the heart of NYC, Alongi Media’s mobile production unit (MU-1) provided broadcast facilities for a moderated debate focusing on the question “Were Israel’s Actions in the Gaza War Justified?”. The livestreamed event was sometimes heated as audience members also posed questions to the participants. 

Pope Francis’ first state visit to the US in 2015 brought him to three cities - Washington DC where he met with President Obama, New York City where he gave a historic speech to the United Nations General Assembly, and Philadelphia for the World Meeting of Families. We created the video sharing agreement with American networks and produced Catholic University’s Papal Mass, viewed by more than a billion people worldwide.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin hosted the 2024 RNC, with the nominations going to the Trump/Vance ticket. Alongi Media Produced all sessions of the national and international GOP broadcasts, and oversaw every production element for the massive four day event, including the production design, lighting, audio, graphics, and executed the run-of-show.

One of our favorite nonprofits, Alongi Media is proud to have helped guide the brick and mortar memorial into the online space, launching Navy Memorial Digital Productions, live streaming everything from solemn ceremonial events to the SITREP Speaker Series. Plus we’ve produced some of their marquee events and tribute videos for the prestigious Lone Sailor Awards. Honorees include actor/comedian Drew Carey, musician Bill Withers, and General Jim Mattis.

The Commission on Presidential Debates tapped Alongi Media to produce the world feed (ABC pool) for two of the debates between President Obama and Governor Romney.

Seventh generation funambulist, Nik Wallenda continued the family tradition of tightrope walking with trips across the Grand Canyon, between three Chicago skyscrapers (blindfolded for part of it and setting two word records), 25 stories above NYC’s Times Square, and across an active volcano belching noxious gases. We produced these extraordinary live events (on a :10 delay) for broadcast on Discovery and ABC Networks.

Leadership Florida trusted Alongi Media to produce a live debate in one of the most heated contests of the 2018 midterms - Andrew Gillum and Ron DeSantos vying for the Governorship.

In a conversation led by Tamron Hall, Alongi Media Produced a live group discussion about the highly acclaimed documentaries Why We Hate and the ongoing events surrounding the death of George Floyd.
