Flemington-Based Alongi Media Honored at Inc. 5000 Gala After RapidGrowth and National Recognition

Flemington, NJ — October 25, 2025 — Flemington-based Alongi Media, co-founded by Phil Alongi and his father Phil Alongi Sr., was officially recognized at the 2025 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala in Phoenix, Arizona, for ranking among the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

Led by CEO Phil Alongi and COO Tony Capra, the company placed No. 316 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list, achieving an extraordinary 1,237 percent growth over three years. The recognition highlights Alongi Media’s rapid emergence as a national leader in live event production, broadcast storytelling, and creative media strategy — all headquartered in Flemington, New Jersey.

“It was an incredible honor to stand alongside so many visionary entrepreneurs,” said Alongi. “The Inc. 5000 Gala was more than a celebration — it was a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and where we’re going. Tony and I left Phoenix deeply inspired to continue building on our momentum while staying true to the values that started this journey.”

The gala featured a lineup of influential speakers including Daymond John, founder and CEO of FUBU and star of Shark Tank; Taraji P. Henson, award-winning actor and entrepreneur; Jay Shetty, author and podcast host; Julia Hartz, CEO of Eventbrite; and Sean Evans, host of the hit series Hot Ones.

Founded in 2020, Alongi Media began as a small family operation out of the Alongi home in Westfield, where cameras, lights, and broadcast equipment quickly took over the garage.

“I’ll never forget the day I realized we’d outgrown the space,” Alongi said. “I was climbing stacks of camera and lighting cases to find a lens and burned my back on a ceiling lightbulb. To reach that bulb, the gear had to be piled sky-high — that’s when I knew it was time for a warehouse.”

That warehouse would become Alongi Media’s first major facility — right in Flemington, New Jersey — housing a growing inventory of cameras, lighting equipment, and the company’s state-of-the-art production truck. Less than two years later, the company expanded again, adding a second facility in Wilmington, Delaware, to accommodate additional gear and logistics operations.

“Flemington has been the perfect home base for our company,” Alongi added. “It’s given us room to grow while staying close to major markets and clients across the Northeast. Less than two years in, we’ve already filled our facility and are actively looking at additional space to support continued growth.”

From those early garage beginnings to a nationally recognized enterprise, Alongi Media now produces live television broadcasts, corporate conferences, advocacy campaigns, and hybrid events for clients across the United States.
