Flemington, NJ — September 17, 2025 — Alongi Media, recently recognized on the prestigious 2025 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies, today announced the appointment of Tony Capra as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Capra will oversee day-to-day operations, drive cross-functional execution, and scale Alongi Media’s processes as demand for the company’s services continues to expand. In a complementary move, Alongi Media also announced that Lindsey Shiller has joined the company as Director of Sales, strengthening the company’s go‑to‑market leadership and revenue engine.

Capra is a five-time Emmy Award winner who spent three decades at NBC News, most recently serving as Senior Director of Newsgathering. In that role, he led editorial and technical teams in fast-paced breaking news environments, managed complex projects, fostered cross-platform collaboration, and provided strategic vision in high-pressure scenarios. His track record includes overseeing team success in content and broadcast production for the world's biggest live events. Capra holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, equipping him with a blend of production expertise and business acumen uniquely suited to scaling Alongi Media’s operations.
As COO, Capra will lead business operations including client delivery, program management, HR/people operations, finance, and systems. He will work closely with the leadership team to enhance operational rigor, implement data-driven performance metrics, and ensure outstanding client outcomes.

Lindsey Shiller has spent her career in sales and client relationship roles within the travel and events industries, most recently serving as Manager of Sales and Fulfillment Operations for GBTA, the Global Business Travel Association. Before that, she built a record of outstanding results and customer service with industry leaders such as HRS Group, Marriott International, and Four Seasons Hotels.
In her new role as Director of Sales, Shiller will be responsible for leading Alongi Media’s efforts to secure new business, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients. She will collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs, ensure successful client events, and expand the business.
